Chris has conducted Strategic Reviews for over 180 businesses since starting the business twelve years ago. These have led to business owners making key decisions to invest, exit or acquire . These reviews are fully facilitated days away from the business where the shareholders can use a safe space to examine their options and decide on the way forward.
If you are already on the runway to exit I can help guide you through the options and give you an honest appraisal of where the business is and what you might need to do to get exit ready.

In recent years Chris has advised on the sale of Stakrak Ltd to Slingsby plc, Hestia Property Services to Motis Estates Ltd and Fulbrook Ventures Ltd to BSA EOT Trustees Ltd.

Governance
Small firms are not required,(besides the legal obligations to conform with the Companies Act 2006), to manage formal corporate governance.

The reality is that your business can gain a great deal from imposing some of the discipline larger firms have to enforce and it needed take forever or cost a fortune.
Chris acts as formal and official companies house registered NED for some client firms and more often as informal chair or NED which allows an impartial view of the development of the business and creates a space for Directors to have conversations and reach conclusions which are otherwise out of reach.
Chris can chair board meetings for your growing enterprise and make sure you have the right disciplines in place which will make the business more attractive to a future buyer and easier for you to run if you are not planning an exit!
